Meet Our Treatment Coordinators

Jennifer A.

Jennifer is the Practice Administrator at the Dental Specialty Center. She was born in Bath, Maine and has been in the dental industry for over 20 years.

Jenn is the type who enjoys working with people both internally and externally. She likes being part of a team that works together to find solutions and make a patient’s day a little brighter. She first got into the dental field over 20 years ago at an oral surgeon’s office and fell in love with the gift of helping someone feel better about their smile.

Jenn has been married for 28 years to her best friend Keith. She has a daughter who is married and a son who’s engaged to be married next year. Jenn and her husband have 2 dogs Bayou & Nola. In Jenn’s free time she enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with family. She is looking forward to the birth of her first grandchild in July 2021.

Lauren is one of our awesome treatment coordinators at the Dental Implant Center. She grew up in Lewistown, PA but went to high school in Colorado. Lauren has been in the dental field for over 5 years and is currently studying online to get her certification in medical billing & coding! Her favorite part about working at our office are the patients and her co-workers. She feels that working as a team constantly improves the care patients receive and the coordination that gives patients an easier process of treatment. When she isn’t at the office she loves hiking, traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with friends/family especially her daughter Grace. Lauren also volunteers at Project Share, Free Mom Hugs, and the American Cancer Society.

Shannon B.

Shannon is a Treatment Coordinator who’s been in the dental field for over 20 years. She grew up in Hollidaysburg, PA, and attended Mount Aloysius College.

Shannon loves her job because it involves a lot of teamwork and working together with her coworkers. In her free time, she enjoys any outdoor activities and camping trips with her family. Shannon has been married for 15 years and has a daughter Hailey and 3 cats. She took piano lessons for 11 years and can play a mean Beethoven!

Rebecca T.

Rebecca is our newest Treatment Coordinator at the Dental Specialty Center. She attended Lock Haven University and is new to the dental industry. Her favorite part of the job is having the ability to help others in a less stressful, and more rewarding environment than previous jobs she’s held. Rebecca loves working with patients, meeting new people, and learning new things everyday.

Rebecca is married with 2 children, 4 horses, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 7 hermit crabs, and a beta fish. In her free time, she can be found horseback riding, fishing, spending time with her family, and traveling. Her dream is to one day turn a bus into a camper and travel the country.
